The Anabaptist Network in South Africa (ANiSA) is a community made up of people, churches, and organizations across South Africa who believe that the Christian message and Gospel has something to say and something to offer the social realities in South Africa.
Although some of our Pilgrims come from the historic denominations that emerged from the Anabaptist movement (e.g., Mennonites, Mennonite Brethren, Brethren in Christ), many of ANiSA's Pilgrims do not have the same historical links with Anabaptism. Anabaptist values and perspectives have influenced and impacted different Christian traditions, such as Catholic, Anglican, Lutheran, Quaker, Methodist, Baptist, Reformed, Pentecostal, House Church, and other traditions, in different ways.
The Anabaptist Network in South Africa is a network of people and groups who draw on the teachings, experiences, and perspectives from the Christian faith movement of Anabaptism as we strive to embody the Gospel in our daily lives. (See About ANiSA for more information and Our Community to see which other Pilgrims live near you).
